TUBING OPTIONS

Micro 1/8" Tubing: This tubing is available in Poly Vinyl Chloride.  1/8" tubing is only used in applications using Drip Assemblies using emitters, or when using TOP Manifold Assemblies.  This tubing cannot be used with 1/4" Barbed Fittings.

Micro 1/4" Tubing: This tubing is available in Polyethylene (PE) or, the more flexible Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC). Available in 50, 100 and 1000 foot rolls.  1/4" Tubing is most commonly used as an extension from the distribution (1/2" or larger) tubing. It is usually connected directly from the emitter or to a DD-C250 which then leads to the drip emitter at the plant source.  1/4" tubing is not recommend for single runs longer than 20ft.

Drip Distribution Tubing: Polyethylene tubing is offered in 1/2" and 3/4" (700 OD x 600 ID & 940 OD x 820 ID).  Unlike traditional Irrigation tubing used in Sprinkler installations, Solid Drip Tubing is manufactured with a softer and narrower wall thickness to allow for easy penetration by self piercing emitters or barbed fittings using a hole punch.
