The A2-H6FVL Perma-Loc flush valve reduces pressure on the drip system and allows drainage from 700/600 size solid and emitter tubing.  The flush valve is designed to close on flow rate and to open on low psi as follows:

Open to Flush when pressure falls below 2 psi.  Closes to Operate with flows of 0.7 gpm or greater
