The DIG TOP-000 12 outlet manifold does not come with emitters and is an open flow product.  

Note: TOP Manifolds must be used with 1/8" tubing with .125" (3.175mm) ID x .187" (4.75mm) OD. 

Available in .6, 1, 2.2, and 3.3 gph outlets.
