Special Order
For special/custom orders a minimum 25% restocking fee will be applied plus any shipping costs associated with the order. For customer error, we do not refund return shipping cost, shipping costs charged on the original invoice, and will deduct any shipping costs incurred by us on orders originally qualifying for free shipping.
A 25% re-stocking fee is also applied to any special order items cancelled prior to shipping.
