20 Raised Beds - 300ft Long

Customer had 20 Raised Beds for Individual Rows of Flowers - 300 ft Long. Each row would have around 130 plants (approx. 3' spacing between plants). Due to the length of runs and the differing spacing between flowers, the recommendation is to use solid tubing and install your own emitters at the desired spacing.

Each bed would use around 98 GPH and the pressure loss over 300ft is impactful so the recommendation is to only run 2-3 beds at once. If you were looking to automate the system then you would create subheaders feeding the 2 rows. Each group of 2 beds would be hooked up to a solenoid valve which communicates with a central controller. The client decided they would rather use a manual setup so we left each bed on its own manual ball valve to give the system the most flow control possible.
