SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping is free on orders of $175 or more within Canada and the U.S. includes tubing and drip tape.
$175 and up Free
OVERSIZED ITEMS: We try our best to ship all orders free of charge, but due to excessive shipping costs, some large tubing items may not qualify for free shipping to remote areas. In the event that we determine we cannot ship the item free of charge we will pay a portion of the shipping cost equal to the difference between the shipped and pick up price for the item (all large tubing items have a pick up price). You will be notified of the difference and can make the decision to accept the charges or cancel the order.
Orders For Pick Up
Orders can be picked up at our Burlington Warehouse by appointment only. Pick Up orders must be placed on-line or by phone a minimum of 24 hours prior to pick up. Once your order is complete you will receive a notification indicating your order is ready for pick up. Orders are available for pick up as follows:
August 1 - April 30 - 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
May 1 - July 31 - 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
We are not open on Saturday or Sunday. If you need to inquire about the status of your order please email us at email@example.com stating your order number.
The following is a summary of our return policy:
30 Day Returns: Items returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund (less a 5% re-stocking fee) provided items are returned in their original packaging, are unused, and free of any damage or mark of wear and tear. We do not refund return shipping cost, shipping costs charged on the original invoice, and will deduct any shipping costs incurred by us on orders originally qualifying for free shipping.
60 Day Returns: Items returned within 60 days of receipt are eligible for a full credit (less a 5% re-stocking fee) to be used on our site provided items are returned in their original packaging, are unused, and free of any damage or mark of wear and tear. We do not refund return shipping cost, shipping costs charged on the original invoice, and will deduct any shipping costs incurred by us on orders originally qualifying for free shipping.
The following products are not eligible for return:
If you wish to return an item that is not eligible for return please contact us via email and management will at times determine a re-stocking fee dpepending on the nature of the item and the circumstances pertaining to the order. A minimum re-stocking charge of 20% will apply to any items being returned under these circumstances.
For all orders pertaining to design services products returned will be automatically assessed a 20% re-stocking fee if returned within 30 days of receipt.
If you would like to return items, please contact us via email to ensure your products are elible for return stating your original order number for reference. We will return your email within 1 business day regarding your case and provide you with consent for the return.

Most products sold Irrigation Direct Canada are covered by manufacturers warranty. If you are having technical issues with a branded product (specifically controllers and solenoid valves) sold by us, we suggest you contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue prior to contacting us.

If the product is found to be defective by the manufacturer and is under warranty we will send a replacement to you with a return address label to return the faulty product. Please make every effort to obtain a file/reference number from the manufacturer to substantiate your claim.
