SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping is free on orders of $175 or more within Canada and includes tubing and drip tape.
Please note: Due to high shipping costs of large tubing items we have added regional shipping costs to certain items. Please refer to product details for shipping specifics. If you have any concerns regarding our shpping policies please contact us. We try our best to not apply any exceptions to our shipping policy.

Orders For Pick Up
ALL WAREHOUSE VISITS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Orders can be picked up at our Burlington Warehouse by appointment only. Pick Up orders must be placed on-line or by phone a minimum of 24 hours prior to pick up. Once your order is complete you will receive a notification indicating your order is ready for pick up. Orders are available for pick up as follows: PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING PICK UP ORDERS.
August 1 - April 30 - 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
May 1 - July 31 - 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
We are not open on Saturday or Sunday. If you need to inquire about the status of your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number.
The following is a summary of our return policy:
30 Day Returns: Items returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% re-stocking fee) provided items are returned in their original packaging, are unused, and free of any damage or mark of wear and tear. We do not refund return shipping cost, shipping costs charged on the original invoice, and will deduct any shipping costs incurred by us on orders originally qualifying for free shipping.
60 Day Returns: Items returned within 60 days of receipt are eligible for a full credit (less a 10% re-stocking fee) to be used on our site provided items are returned in their original packaging, are unused, and free of any damage or mark of wear and tear. We do not refund return shipping cost, shipping costs charged on the original invoice, and will deduct any shipping costs incurred by us on orders originally qualifying for free shipping.
Special Volume Purchases: Special large volume purchases returned due to incorrectly ordered items are will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products not in their original packaging or with any visible signs of wear and tear.
- Used or Installed products (unless defective or under manufcaturers warranty).
- Lighting Fixtures and Lamps.
- Products returned after 60 days of receipt.
- Special Order Items.
- Products not originally purchased from Irrigation Direct Canada
If you wish to return an item that is not eligible for return please contact us via email and we will at times determine a re-stocking fee dpepending on the nature of the item and the circumstances pertaining to the order. A minimum re-stocking charge of 20% will apply to any items being returned under these circumstances.
For all orders pertaining to design services products returned will be automatically assessed a 20% re-stocking fee if returned within 30 days of receipt.
If you would like to return items, please contact us via email to ensure your products are elible for return stating your original order number for reference. We will return your email within 1 business day regarding your case and provide you with consent for the return.

Damaged or Defective Products
When you receive your package(s) please inspect it carefully as well as the items included. It is typical for shipping boxes to endure some wear during transit. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please call or email us with specific information regarding damaged or defective products.
Irrigation Direct Canada Limited Warranties
Irrigation Direct Canada warrants that the product(s) is/are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty coverage lasts for a period of two (2) years starting from the date of purchase. This excludes items with specific warranty provisions in which case the warranty period will be that stated by the manufacturer.
This warranty is conditioned upon the proper installation and use of the product(s) and does not cover defects or damages from a) accidents, misuse, abuse neglect or unusual physical stress to the product b) defects or damages from improper installation, testing, operation maintenance or adjustment and c) improper combination with third party products not suitable for use with the product(s).
During the applicable warranty period, Irrigation Direct Canada will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective product(s).
