Can I come to your warehouse to purchase the items that I need?

As our location is a warehouse and not a retail store, we request that customers do not come to the warehouse to shop for their items. If you would like to pick up items at our warehouse, please place your order online and select "pick up order" as your delivery method. Once your order is complete and ready for pick up you will recieve an email notification with our pickup times and address.

 

I would like to add an item to an order that I have already placed, how do I do so?

If you would like to add an item to your previous order, select the items you would like to add and checkout as normal. Once you reach the delivery method page select "Addition to existing order" as your delivery method, then at the payment page please note in customer notes your previous order ID. Please note that we can only add to an existing order when the order is still in "process".   If your order is completed it is too late.

When adding to an existing order, you cannot combine orders to eliminate exiting shipping costs on original orders.  

 

We're planning a vacation and need our order within 1 week.  Can you guarantee our order will arrive on time?

If your order is time sensitive, please leave a note in the customer notes area when checking out.  If we cannot accommodate your request we will let you know immediately.

 

What methods of payment do you offer?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

 

 I have a question regarding a product on your website, is there someone I can talk to regarding this?

I have received a completion email for my order but have not received a tracking number, when will my order ship?

Canada Post will send you an email with your tracking number within 24 hours of your completion notice.

 

Why are there extra shipping charges on large rolls of tubing even though your website states free shipping over $175?

For large rolls of tubing there is an additional shipping charge depending on which region of Canada it is being shipped to.

 

Does "Pick up order" as a delivery method mean that I will pick up my order at the post office?

No, the "pick up order" option indicates that the order will be picked up at our warehouse in Oakville, Ontario.

**Please note that the estimated shipping time is based on once the order has be completed and handed over to Canada Post for delivery. Canada post will send an email with your tracking number and an exact ETA within 24 hours of your completion notice.
